VALVE CONTROL SYSTEM PRVThe AQ Smart PRV is suitable for controlling remote pressure relief valves in water networks. A pressure and temperature sensor is installed in the outlet of the PRV to monitor the correct operation of the valve. The user is alerted if the PRV is not working properly or if there is an undesired event in the water network. If the PRV is compatible and a flow sensor or water meter is installed on the PRV line, the AQ Smart PRV with solenoid valve can also change the set pressure level of the PRV according to the current flow. The latter helps to reduce the water pressure while still providing adequate water capacity for the end customers. The data is recorded and sent to the AQ WEB software interface where it is graphically displayed and allows several types of analysis. |
